    On my return from Karachi visited RTA for renewal of my Abu Dhabi Driving licence, expired on 22nd March 2012,alongwith copy of application form dated 15th April 2012. Appreciate the courteous efforts extended and their inability to renew untill ID no. Is fed to the sys. On 17th SMS for early Sept which was on request adjusted for abt 20 days recd. This resulted in uncomfortable feeling when advised by friend visited eida centre hearing my case they helped and took biometrics and ulimately got the license renewed without. Waiting so long. A BIG THANKS TO RTA & EIDA STAFF TO MAKE LIFE EASIER WITH COURTEOUS HELP.

    Take F02 bus from outside Al Rashidiay bus terminal. Ask the driver to drop you to the nearest place to the Emirates Identity Authority(EIDA) building. Taxi driver knows this place also.
