Hi I am a resident of latifa tower for 2 years, location is good and building is nice but the company will charge you for chiller that will cost you around 500 a month (250 just a rental value + consumption). Management of Dubai International Real Estate is ill-mannered and dealing with them is not good at all. They will start asking for more money like parking after rentals getting higher and will do everything to make you pay more. They will provide you with an electronic cooker and again its maintained by the company itself, one day it stopped working in Ramadan, they have asked us to wait for 3 days to be fixed :) Don't waste your time with this type of management, there are some other beautiful buildings in the area that you can rent and still bigger flats and better services. Hope you find your best choice for a good house rental

IMHO, it's one of the best apartment buildings in Dubai. The rooms are spacious. Maintenance and upkeep are done very well. The area is lovely and you are a few steps away from Mall of the Emirates and have access to both the Sharaf DG and Mall of the Emirates Metro stations. The pool, the courtyard and the rentable in-house theatres add to the charm of this building complex. I had an amazing time living there. Too bad I had to leave the country. Otherwise, I'd be hard-pressed to find a better apartment than Saratoga...
