    I have found this surgery is be unprofessional and do not communicate with their customers to gain additional revenue. Our story.. 1st issue - Wife went to the doctors last year suffering from recurring mouth ulcers. She was told by the doctor it may help if their in house dentist polish her teeth. Having not had any cavities for 30 years she found this a strange request, but went along with the doctor’s advice. She had her teeth polished only to be told at the end that the cost for polishing was 800 AED. As we pay for our treatment (insurance does not cover teeth) this was a big cost and we asked why did they not tell us the price before doing the treatment? At no stage did they inform us of the cost, which we feel they did so us to commit, then hit us with the bill. Not good. We put this down to bad communication and thought it was a ‘one off’. How wrong we were….. 2nd issue – I went there recently for a prostate inquiry looking for some advice and possibly a manual check. I asked the costs (of course I’m going to ask now….) and they told me if it’s a standard check, it’s just the initial consultant fee (350AED), if they have to do a ultrasound and take blood/urine tests its 450 AED. I told them I just want a standard check and the doctor informed me that if he does a standard check then they can’t do an ultrasound .... So I opted for the ultrasound and blood/urine tests which took 5 mins and I was out. This is when I got hit with a 1330 AED bill for the doctor fees and tests. 350 AED to see a doctor for 30 seconds, 450 AED to see another doctor to do an ultrasound for 5 mins and the 550 AED for blood/urine test. When i told them that i was quoted 450AED for the ultrasound option they said no, that was just for the 'special doctor' to do the ultrasound. I was then been charged for the original doctor (whom i saw for no more than 30 seconds...) , the 'special doctor' and the ultrasound and tests. I was there for no more than 15 mins and 1350 AED lighter, I am now 110% confident this clinic purposely does not inform its patents of the costs, or only 'part informs' them so they can whack on more costs which are paid either by the insurance company, or by the patents. They feel that just because most people have insurance, they can add additional procedures, which only pushes up premiums for us the patent. I find their practice totally irresponsible. After I complained they asked me to come, back and offered a 15% discount over the phone. I want back to discuss this only to find out when I was paying that the 15% was off the 'smallest charge' only (the urine test) which added insult to injury. To say I am disappointed was/is an understatement. Please find an alternative family doctors. We did

    These buggers are looking for fast money, they manipulate the cars condition and say the customers that lot of spare parts are in bad condition and they just change them then ask for more money saying they replaced original parts. haram money makers, they will be in loss very soon.
