    Actually, it's no longer in this location. This is an older image. The Sandbox was moved to the SW section of the port a year or two ago. The new location is adjacent to the large yacht in the SW corner of the port. You can see the newly constructed basketball court. The first Sandbox opened in 1991, across the basin from the location you've shown, just forward of the large container ship seen in this image. That area is now paved over and used for container storage. Sometime around 2000 it was moved to the location you have pointed out, and now it has moved again.
