I met customer svc official on 12 Aug and he said that that contract with the existing contractor is revised and he has started building 8-10 buildgs in phase I & would be ready in 18 months from now. the fact that they have taken-up quite a few projects in Dubai and all of them being controlled by Dubai Land Deptt and the Banks under Escrow A/cs there are less or no chances of default. Considering that they had no previos experience as developer this had to happened what is important is that they deliver sooner or later.
