    The setup of the office is good however very unprofessional group of people is working over there. The garage uses local cheap spare parts from Sharjah and also use 2nd hand parts to repair the cars and make the customers and insurance companies fool.

    I would recommend not to do business with Tokyo Star car rental. They are very unprofessional and unethical. They don't have any quality of service. Cars are not in good condition and they wont even refund your deposit. They adjusted my deposit with somebody else. Better to walk then rent a car from them.
