    I bought a Whirlpool Washing machine from Plug Ins in from Abu Dhabi Mall, with an extended warranty of 4 years (expires Dec 2013). The salesman from PlugIns wrote the wrong Model No. on my reciept, and now I cannot get if fixed (no longer under warranty).
